JetClosing is an app-based title and escrow startup with corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington. Their initial launch market was Phoenix, Arizona where they hired our sister agency, ReThinc Advertising to execute a digital and traditional based brand rollout. As the brand grew and experienced success, they would expand their market served to Denver, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
Typically a B2B sale targeted to real estate agents and brokers, JetClosing’s launch in Seattle was different. The strategy was multi-faceted. First, there was the traditional digital targeting of their key acquisition target (agents + brokers) as well as a general market push to educate consumers that JetClosing is a service that they can request when buying or selling a home. In addition to this there was a hospitality need identified that would help facilitate larger partnerships with tech-based home selling entities like Purple Bricks and Zillow.
Line Drive Sports Marketing assessed the need, the market, and the goals established by JetClosing’s senior leadership team. A deal was brokered with Root Sports to provide in game exposure with billboards and a custom integration related to the pennant race in the American League West. In addition to this Line Drive was able to negotiate hospitality assets that were utilized to broker new deals and reward employees for their hard work in launching the brand.
All identified goals were achieved with one well designed, properly executed, and appropriately priced deal.
